Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Alma, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
We carry compatible repair materials for multiple membrane brands, since mismatched patch material is a common cause of repeat flat roof failures.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Insurance documentation available before work begins on any Alma commercial property.
We coordinate Alma scheduling around your business hours whenever the situation allows.
No surprise costs once we're already on the roof mid-repair.
Proper membrane welding equipment prevents the seam failures common with improvised patches.
Most Alma flat roof issues combine two or three of these elements, which is why a full inspection matters.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Alma commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair visits are scheduled around your operating hours whenever the situation allows.
A technician inspects the membrane system, checking seams, drains, and any ponding areas.
Repair scope and pricing are explained clearly so you can plan around business operations.
